KensiumHR provides dozens of standard reports for all the modules. These are pre-formatted with layout features such as logical page breaks, pagination, and the like. In addition, the user can apply filters before running the report to make sure only the most relevant information is put into the report.
All reports can be exported either as a PDF or as an Excel file for further analysis or distribution.
KensiumHR provides option for users to select parameters to get information for selected locations/departments/positions/employees along with filters for date ranges. Reports can also be sorted by any of the columns in the report.
Reports can be set up on a schedule so that they can be automatically generated as specific dates and time as determined by the user. And once the report is run, the user can set up a distribution list for the report to further facilitate management reporting.
In addition to the standard reports the come out of the box, users can easily build customized reports to meet the unique requirements of each organization.
