KensiumHR Contractor Management enables the HR coordinator to manage Recruitment Vendors who facilitate temporary staffing on contract basis and the employees on contract.
KensiumHR’s comprehensive contract employee management module allows the HR coordinator to create a new Contractor, set up the validity period for the Contract, the Vendor, and for the Agreement, and assign a Contract Value of each contractor.
A unique feature, exclusively available for Contract employees, allows you to configure the applicability of modules or functions for the Contract employees. The application allows the HR to separate rules for Employees and Contractors.
KensiumHR provides the facility to send Emails to the contract employees and their reporting managers on regular basis for instances when the attendance is not recorded, when the Leave application is raised and approved by approving authorities, when there are any deviations, etc.
This facility is also extended to the Vendors to enable them to access various reports which helps them manage and track their employees remotely.
KensiumHR enables the HR coordinator to convert the Contractor Employment to Regular Employment as per the Vendor agreement and retain the history and data of that employee generated during the contract period.
The HR coordinator can configure and send reminders through the application to concerned departments about the impending contract agreement expiration date. Within the application, when the Vendor agreement expires, the contract of all the Contractors assigned by that Vendor will also expire. The system will automatically suspend all the access to Vendors and Contract employees whose agreement or contract has expired.
